These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") outline the terms governing the use of the Teleform.io SAAS product (the "Product") provided by Teleform.io ("we," "us," or "our") to individuals who subscribe to the Product's wish list ("Subscribers" or "you"). By subscribing to the wish list, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not subscribe to the wish list.
1. Subscription and Free Usage
1.1 By subscribing to the wish list for the upcoming Teleform.io Product, you express interest in receiving updates, notifications, and information related to the Product's development and release.
1.2 Subscribing to the wish list does not constitute a contractual obligation on either party. It is an expression of interest and does not guarantee access to the Product upon its release.
1.3 As a token of appreciation for your early interest, we offer you limited free usage of the Teleform.io Product for a specified period. The details of the free usage, including the duration, features, and limitations, will be communicated to you when the Product is launched.
1.4 The terms mentioned here are applicable for the beta version of the Teleform.io Product. Features, functionalities, and pricing of the Product can change as we transition from the beta phase.
2. Product Access and Pricing
2.1 We will notify Subscribers via email or other communication channels once the Teleform.io Product is launched and ready for access.
2.2 The free usage period will be defined in the communication sent to Subscribers upon the Product's launch. After this period, you may have the option to continue using the Product by subscribing to one of our paid plans.
2.3 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any free features and to adjust pricing for our services at any time, at our sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such changes.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets, related to the Teleform.io Product and its content are the property of Teleform.io.
3.2 Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Teleform.io Product during the free usage period, in accordance with these terms.
4. Data Privacy
4.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data. By subscribing to the wish list, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
5. Responsibility for User-Generated Content
5.1 Teleform.io provides a platform for users to create and manage bot content. It is important to note that the responsibility for the content created and managed by SAAS users lies solely with those users. We do not assume responsibility for the content generated by our users.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 The basic free plan of the Teleform.io Product includes limitations to ensure optimal performance and fair usage for all our subscribers. Under this plan, subscribers are entitled to:

7. Limitation of Liability

7.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Teleform.io shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in any way connected to your use of the Teleform.io Product.
8. Responsibility for Purchases Made Through Third-Party Websites
8.1 In the event that a user purchases a coupon for Teleform through a third-party website, any requests for refunds or inquiries related to the purchase must be directed to the respective third-party website. Teleform.io disclaims any responsibility for purchases made through third-party platforms, and all liabilities associated with such transactions rest with the third-party website.
9. Data Use and Sharing
9.1 In order to enhance our services, improve user experience, and provide you with relevant content and advertising, we may collect, use, and share your data with third-party partners. This includes, but is not limited to, companies such as Facebook, Google, and other advertising networks and analytics providers.
